Remembering our VIP fun from the 2011 CCFDR:
The Stockman’s Club is always the place to be during Fiesta Days and that proved to be more true than ever with the weather challenges we faced during the 2011 Saturday night performance. The VIP club might have hosted more people than general admission. Catered food, hosted bar, covered area and portable heaters made the Saturday night PRCA performance more enjoyable and Stockman’s was a rocking good time!
Typically, the sky box, or Wayne’s Point of View is reserved for special guests and 2011 was no different. On Friday night, our guests of honor were members of the Andrus and Hillman families who traveled primarily from New Mexico but also California to attend our rodeo in remembrance of their sons.
Long time FDR Sponsor and 2011 / 2012 FDR Gold Buckle Sponsor, Jeff Kennedy of Kennedy Design Build enjoyed the sky box with his guests on Saturday night.
On Sunday, we hosted our military guests from Luke Air Force Base which included the LAFB Honor Guards and our National Anthem signer, Staff Sergeant Marquia Giles & family. The Luke AFB military did an amazing job – we hope they come back every year!
